This marks the ７th consecutive year of certification. For the 2025 certification, out of over 20,000 applications in the SME division, 19,796 companies were certified. The top 500 companies are known as the Bright 500. With the number of applications increasing every year, this is the first time that a company has been recognized as one of the "Next Bright 1000," a newly established category for the next 1000 companies in the SME division.

To receive this certification, employees are evaluated on a wide range of initiatives, including those that directly relate to "health," such as health checkups and health guidance, as well as initiatives to revitalize the workplace, promote work-life balance, create an environment in which employees can work energetically even when working long hours, and take measures against mental health, infectious diseases, and smoking.

We are currently carrying out a number of activities that are easily visible to the public, including an ongoing anti-smoking project, the installation of a fitness corner, a healthy sugoroku game, walking events, and the installation of electrolytic hydrogen water purifiers. Through these efforts, we will continue to provide health guidance after health checkups and encourage employees to seek medical treatment, so that our employees can continue to work in good health and energy.
