In 2019, we received the Chairman's Effort Award from the Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers, and were recommended by the same organization, and in 2023 we received the Prefectural Governor's Award at the Awards for Excellent Businesses Employing People with Disabilities. Thanks to the cooperation of everyone involved, we have now been able to obtain the "Monisu Certification" as an excellent small and medium-sized business owner in terms of employing people with disabilities.

Going forward, we will continue to value diversity, not just for people with disabilities, and aim to be a company where everyone can continue to work with enthusiasm, regardless of whether they are a foreign national or a female employee.
